The pause button on life. (week 12)

Ever since I was a teenager I needed to find an outlet to express my feelings. My mom once gave me a camera, and that is where my talents took off. I have to admit, I am a talented photographer, but I am not a very good business owner. I have run into my share of problems over the years, including irresponsibility. Over the years I have taken the time though to enhance my own knowledge on how to run a successful business, unfortunately I haven't been able to put it into practice since I made the decision to go back to college for nursing. Regardless I wanted to tell you a little about photography and how much it can mean to a person.
When you look back in your memories, things can be very fuzzy, but a photograph, this can take you back to a moment in time that you may have forgotten about. My father passed away when I was very young, and all I have left are the few pictures of he and I. Every now and then I pull out a frame that contains about 8 pictures, moments that were put on pause. I am so grateful for these precious moments, otherwise I would have to rely on my mind to recover memories from over 20 years ago. This is why photography is so very important, and why having pictures can mean so much. They are all that is left once the moment has passed, and the memory faded.

When considering hiring a photographer for your next occasion, or session, be sure to find one that can capture what you are wanting. All photographers are different, we capture what we feel. I want my clients to feel what I feel when they look back at the moments I have been able to pause in time for them.
Photography is a way to capture memories in a moment that would otherwise be lost forever. I like to focus on giving each client a fun and exciting session. From the beginning of life, to when you are ready to marry your soul mate, I capture all moments.
